I’ve worked across banking, fintech, non-profit & mining — helping organisations refine strategy, optimise operations & manage large-scale transformation. After several entrepreneurial ventures, I co-founded Tech Local, an AI-native software agency helping companies accelerate through automation & custom AI-powered products. I now serve as Head of Operations & Delivery, leading project execution, quality assurance & process design — while working closely across sales, client management, and product development to ensure alignment from first pitch to final launch. I’m passionate about solving inefficiencies, building scalable systems & using AI to close the gap between great ideas and real-world delivery.
